It looks more like a short squeeze not investors piling in because of great confidence in economic growth. I will give an exception to Palantir, the spyware company, which spiked on a big earnings surprise. Half their business is government contracts, Elon will likely up this for Theil.

Wall Street is just choosing to believe this isn't all happening, or if it is happening there is a perfectly logical explanation for it all.

As we saw with the tariff fight, Wall Street just does not believe Donald Trump could be that evil/stupid. They're wrong though!

I think they mostly feel like this round of tariff dumbness was mostly just hot air, and no one seems to have a solid place where to move their funds, and leaving US stock markets hasn't been a great for returns in recent decades.
