Before the ink was dry on any Biden policy, there was a Republican - an AG, a member of Congress, even an ordinary citizen - teed up w/a lawsuit in a favorable venue and I'm legitimately wondering why Democrats are not adopting this same strategy in light of what Trump is doing🤔
