Since yesterday's Fantastic Four trailer, this has been bugging me. Is there just one Arishem from Eternals in the multiverse, or does he have different variants?

I’ve been wondering this for the last few years. Because the Celestials created the universe, I don’t understand if there’s just one of them or multiple. And the Eternals as well. We know there’s probably billions of them anyways, but do they exist in both?!?
Someone has to ask Kevin! Even during the CA4 and Fantastic Four press junkets. I even remembered that in the Eternals comic collection John Romita Jr. there is a frame with Galactus. It is directly written that he is afraid of Celestial waking from his sleep.Doesn't answer my question, but it's
interesting. I haven't read Kirby's comics yet, but I was curious if there was another Eternals connection to the Fantastic Four. I started looking, and Galactus and Celestial's paths crossed a few times. The Celestials also had interactions with the Fantastic Four.
Unfortunately I haven't found any examples of Eternals and Fantastic Four working together. But the mythology and Celestials, which are an important part of Eternals lore, are there, so there's a connection.
So there is room to show the Eternals in the MCU before they get a sequel. They can't waste such a cast and director. At least I hope the only thing left after them won't be the Celestials. I don't have much hope, but I'm going to watch Fantastic Four more closely.
I don’t think we see any Eternals connection with than Fantastic 4 film. I’m not even sure we do the Celestials. Of the Eternals comics I have read (not all), there weren’t any that I remember. I am not an expert tho. I just had the question about variants before that F4 was announced.
