After 100 hours with UFO 50, I think I can muster a #GameReview:
A masterclass in game design and creativity, each game in the collection hits this perfect blend of 'nostalgic, but new!' A fantastic reminder that games are meant to be fun more than anything else. Highly recommended to anyone!

- Each title brings something unique to the table, a massive scope of genres.
- There are (at least) three layers of mastery to each game, love the feeling of discovery and accomplishment.
- Inclusion of local multiplayer on many of the games, tons of laughs, coop adventures, and salt.
- Bug Hunter (Into the Breach card game)
- Avianos (dinosaur-worshiping tactical board game)
- Mooncat (QWOP platformer)
- Bushido Ball (samurai Windjammers)
- Waldorf's Journey (walrus toss)
- Party House (80's party sim deck builder)
- Rock On! Island (caveman tower defense)
- Pingolf (cyberpunk golf/basketball)
- Mortol 2 (action Lemmings)
- Overbold (Smash TV survival and gambling)
- Grimstone (Texas-themed RPG)
- Quibble Race (competitive alien horse betting)
- Much like their inspirations, a few titles are on the short side. I hunger for more!
- I would have liked a 'suspend' feature in more of the games. Being able to switch games without losing my place.
- CombatAnts feels incomplete. I could also just suck at it.
- Video games used to be good. Modern games have pre-order bonuses and tutorial boxes that tell us to press L3 to crouch.
- I feel like I've still only scratched the surface of this collection. A few games I've barely even touched, and several I need to go back to.
