Not gonna lie, the ADP Recruitment software is rough. A few constructive tidbits:
- Add grid filtering, at least to the "Date Applied" column.
- Fix unknown characters; I guarantee 25% of the applicants are not using "🎬" for bullet points
- Add some kind of indicator for which applications I've seen
