I am *deeply* worried for the impact of this on refugees.
(Also: it's hard enough already for eg lesbian refugees to claim asylum here on the grounds of homophobia. What happens now if she's in a relationship with a trans woman? ARGH. :( )

If a cis woman is perceived to be a man and doesn't have relevant documents (for example they are a refugee). They can now legally be barred from using a female space.
