Joe began at Disney in 1932 designing for the shorts.
He designed the Witch in Snow White, wrote the screenplay for Dumbo, helped Walt choose music for Fantasia. He was basically Walt's creative right-hand man.
Joe left Disney in 1952 returned in the 80s.
