What’s your technique? I make chicken cutlets all the time but I’ve been experimenting with different breading methods lately so I can figure out what works best for me. 💜
After you get them very thin. I add garlic powder, onion powder, salt, and oregano to breadcrumbs and egg mix. Then just egg then breadcrumbs. Supposedly doing the flour step actually separates the chicken so I have been skipping it
Oh interesting! I didn’t used to use flour either but I kept seeing the chefs on tv doing it so I started 😂And i actually add the same seasoning as you already! Do you use the whole egg? I have heard different theories on that as well…the last time I made cutlets, I tried a method I saw on 1/
Struggle Meals for the first time. He skipped egg/flour dredging altogether and opted for a mayo/mustard mix. It worked well! That’s why I was curious since I’m trying new techniques. Thanks for responding! 😊
