I am fairly certain he is talking about himself. He wants to be our president - the "cherished 51st state." He certainly prefers the IDU's best friends Poilievre and Jenni Byrne his MAGA hat wearing, oil and gas lobbying sidekick, but he has kept his mouth shut about that at their behest.
