To all the lawyers arguing against Executive Orders, the Framers gave you the answer, Article I, Section 7. The Executive’s only power to stop an action of Congress is to veto a bill, the entire bill, not a line, paragraph or page. Only a bill, not a law, a line, paragraph or page of a law. Simple.
