It’s actually his intention to stop opportunities for underprivileged kids to get into college and be able to have powerful careers.
Both Trump and Musk want the disenfranchised to “stay in their place”. They view the “American Dream” to be only for the wealthy.

11 Billion a year is spent on standardized testing that does absolutely nothing for anyone.. but it does supply Pearson corp.

I think we should scale back standardized tests, but my 7th grader takes state funded tests 3 times a year. Federal funding is about 10% of the budget here. Likely means sports and music programs cut first.
