That hasn’t been ruled on yet. I think the current way to get them out is to have an outside representative like the ACLU get their status as “not alien-enemies” ruled (which per earlier, the only things the courts have to go off of are the affidavits so that shouldn’t be much to dispute)

It seems that way, but this getting facts on record and refusing to vacate the Temporary Protection Order.

I'm assuming a separate order will be needed to bring people back to America.

This keeps anyone else from going there. It's also an instruction manual for other attorneys.
