SELVA has just changed flag to Palau - confirmed in the S&P Shipping Database so NOT false. I wonder if Palau knows what it’s jumped into the middle of?

Prior to changing the MMSI to Palau (511101771), she already was broadcasting a callsign that was assigned to Palau, under the Panama MMSI (352002674). If you have access to callsign change history, it would be interesting to know when she switched to T8A5260 (which T8A is Palau)

NAXOS (broadcasting as SELVA was loitering just outside the Spanish EEZ for a few days - entirely possible she was waiting for a Russian Naval vessel. If not for a convoy then definitely for cover.
