Either way it is attack lower paid workers or less well off coupled with Tariffs on imported goods and deregulation it does not look good for the inequality between rich and poor. Seems a let them eat cake scenario.
SSI actually will be depleted by 2035 unless the government changes it’s policies against the borrowing against SSI. It improved slightly for the better this last year but it still needs improvements. If things do not change then only 80% of benefits will be paid
