I wonder if the people that didn't vote for Harris because of the alleged policy on Palestine from the Biden administration really didn't think that Trump was going to do something absolutely worse. I wonder if there are any regrets now.

A family member called me last night about this. He is livid about what Trump is proposing. Said he wouldn't have voted for Trump had he known Trump would propose something so dangerous & stupid.

If he's like this, there are likely 100s of thousands of Trump voters that feel the same way.

I’m confident Trump can complete at least the first phase during his term—wiping out Gaza and its 2 million people. And no matter who the next president is, Gaza will never belong to Palestine again. You can’t put the genie back in the bottle.

Congress holds the purse strings. This cannot happen without Congress. Surly, there will be Republicans that cannot get on board with something so dumb and dangerous? Or am I just being too naive? Probably the latter. 😢

I wouldn’t say you’re naive, just too kind-hearted to believe in the goodness of people. But unfortunately, this will happen one way or another. Trump can easily redirect military funds for Gaza’s rebuilding, and he will do it.
