As a politician, Blanchet is a good one. He usually doesn't lose his temper, know his subjects, and think before talking. The Bloc nowadays is more a place for Quebecers to park their votes since no other parties are able to fine tune their platforms down to the level of a regional party.

A good indicator why to fear them there is the recent debate on moving the fixed election date by 1 week.

They said no cuz it would move it 1 week from municipal elxn in QC (too confusing they say).

Not moving it means it's on SAME day as AB municipal elxn. They didn't care, saying AB pols problem

If the Conservatives have well over 200+ seats I'm not really too concerned with who the official opposition is. Everyone else will be irrelevant.

Bloc is all about what they think benefits PQ. A bit of this, a lot of that, & w a lot of seats in gov, they Can take a bunch of stuff, no rhyme or reason. Dat's a nice trinket, we want Dat, type stuff. Giving that much power to separatists is not good.
