People don't think about the mitigating circumstances that lead to addiction & I thank you for talking about them. PP's message resonates w his supporters because provincial & municipal govts put unqualified groups like the Sally Ann in charge of out reach

and without any structure, outreach becomes a hotspot for use & petty crimes that impact neighbors. Support needs to be accessible and run by competent ppl. The mismanagement is what drives the public to think incarceration is the answer

My former life I worked in the mental health field, spent years working w/ addicts reintegrating them back into the community. Helping them stay sober to live their best life for that day. It truly is one day at a time. People with addictions lived traumatic lives. PP will destroy them.
