Basically various hacks to get premium-ish spotify (through adblocking), though without "premium tier sound quality, track downloads, AI DJ, group sessions, and jam." Artists will still get the pittance from the free tier plays, but I won't be giving spotify money at least

So far not so bad, I use one of the sometimes still working Nitter interfaces to read the remaining twitter accounts that don't post info anywhere else. I also made sure to migrate all the photos I'm tagged in on FB in addition to the photos I've uploaded so I wouldn't lose any memories.

Instagram and whatsapp are staying for now, as I just want to see the pictures my friends sometimes post (and very rarely post some myself), and I love being in lots of whatsapp groups (it would be nice to migrate to Signal or something, but I'd have to convince 100~ friends first).

I've also been using https://github.com/fiso64/slsk-batchdl to download some of my spotify playlists from soulseek in FLAC, it takes a bit of waiting around getting everything depending on who is onlin but I'm just running it every 10 minutes in the background on a spare computer

I'd love to buy as many tracks as possible, but I've been unemployed for over 2 years (wooo...), but when I have some money again I should have finished the playlist-to-bandcamp-cart script I'm slowly working on (I know some exist but they're not good enough, my goal is zero clicks from the user)
