I very lightly mix, then flop them in a pan at super low heat and give them a gentle occasional waggle until the all the white is just cooked. Should I be watching my back or preparing a speech?
Speaking as a chef, that sounds like a cheesy soft scramble that would get you knighted in France. Just hit the top with some freshly cut chives and that should do it 🤌
