Why not just protect QB's up to line of scrimmage. Slide before the line ok. After the line the are a runner and treated just like a running back.

The biggest issue with refs and the Chiefs is ignoring 90% of oline penalties so Pat can run about and do Mahomes things.
None of that happens if Jawaan is called for every illegal formation, false start and hold.
He will align correct for exactly 1 play after being flagged and go right back to it.

I certainly don't know the rules as well as professional refs however I played and coached amateur ball for decades. I'm afraid you're wrong and I didn't just watch a couple videos.
I suggest in future you try to educate yourself before posting on subjects you're unfamiliar with.

Rules gotta be approved by teams and the player association. There would have to be an emergency meeting with all teams to change a rule mid season, and many teams are in disarray with new coaches in, no coaches, etc

They should consider reviewing anything. If we can see it from our couch immediately, then they should tell refs in real time. Having bad calls ruins the I oof the game
