We always fed our beardie crickets. They were harder to get attached to because of the smell and the noise.

I was never a fan if crix cuz they can jump and bite and are so noisy. Plus u have to feed them special food just to add any nutrients to them. Otherwise they are basically nothing. Dubia roaches are a great alternative and They dont fly climb up walls bite or make noise and are meatier
