I have a huge spreadsheet to keep track of everything. Paid QueryTracker, MSWL, Publisher's Marketplace, 12x12, and social media. To dig even deeper I read/listen to interviews and podcast episodes to get a sense for what the agent is looking for, how they work, and who they are.
