I have a bladder disability and tho I don't always wear them it's easier to do so than like, risk pissing myself in public or pissing the bed etc etc. Also it's a thing I kept secret for a long time cuz people are weird about it.

That said yeah they're fun and cute and hot and abdl stuff helped me not feel ashamed of my disability and it's comforting so yeah. Its cool.
