yaknow, i didnt get this from the 2d art but looking now at its model, dialga's fore-hooves strongly resemble foal slippers. when a baby horse is born, it has a coat on its hooves that kept its hooves from hurting the mother. to me it gives dialga a "newborn" vibe, which is neat
