That's literally his position, yes. He explicitly and repeatedly has stated he will back a permanent resettlement of Palestinians from Gaza, which will only serve to kill thousands of innocent people.

The thing is though, the Palestinians won't leave. Israel tried for 15 months to make Gaza uninhabitable. They destroyed most of Gaza's infrastructure and committed a genocide. The Palestinians still refuse to leave.

At this point, Israel cannot credibly claim that bombing Gaza was self-defense. Plus, it's clear that the military action in Gaza cannot destroy Hamas. It hasn't in the past and it won't in the future.
It's clear as day that more attacks on Gaza are simply war crimes, ethnic cleansing and genocide.

That’s just bullshit. There was a ceasefire on October 6 that Hamas & Gazans broke October 7. Then President Biden brokered a ceasefire in November 2023 that Hamas violated in less than a week.
