amari are my favorite thing to drink but campari and sibillia are too bitter for me on their own; they’re ingredients to me. aperol is a sugar bomb as a neat sipper. but with soda or champagne, i’m down to party.
please do! it’s sweet on its own but delightful. it’s like meeting the one chill girl in the bitchy family down the block. she’s lovely. put her in your club soda.
(but for real, aperol has the sweetness campari is missing. it’s sweet as hell on its own, but with soda it’s like a mellow & fizzy orange blossom water.)
