The Boyz. Highlight so far for me is the emergence of Nwaneri (17) and MLS (18). The local
Boys look great and not out of place. Exciting futures for these two indeed. It’s also nice to have the next group come through post Saka, which probably now makes him a mentor. Always our star boy though.

Luck. To win the league you need consistency and luck. The team Arteta has put together is as consistent as I’ve seen but the luck with Injuries has been horrible. Missing key players plus putting more minutes into others and even needing them to play through illness….

PGMOL 🖕 This is what really grinds my gears. Too many instances of new precedents being made against Arsenal, which are then not repeated for anyone else, such as the “preventing restarting” - it happens 20 times every Saturday. The Saliba header / Gabriel foul that VAR skipped as well 🤦‍♂️…

…Playing in Europe is like a breath of fresh air, the refereeing set up here suffer from delusions of grandeur. Need some independent oversight. Bizarrely I am now in a situation where I am moderately happy if we drop points without controversy.

League. It very much feels like that season when Leicester won the title, where one team is pulling away from competition dropping points right, left and centre. That’s prob a disservice to Liverpool, they’ll finish with
more points than Leicester did…
