I might have missed something. Hotbed?
I've had plans for years but never managed to put them into action for a hotbed. Have you done them before?

Yes it’s going to be a hotbed. My first ever attempt 🤣 I’m cobbling to together with scraps lying around

Good luck. I've been shy of starting because I'm not great at hot composting/getting compost materials at the right time.

I’m going to use horse muck! Too late to build up a composting green waste one ready for this spring.

Hopefully I’ll do that next year

I think I need to speak with my friend who has horses (sadly he lives half an hour away and I have no trailer)

A trailer would be an absolute god send wouldn’t it. Our horse ‘neighbours’ are only 1 mile down road so a few trips in car will be ok.
