I'm tired of every conversation about Hatsune having to boil down to discourse or "making a stance," when she is a horror character in a horror band. I don't see this energy for other psychological horror series.
I miss pre-anime when everyone was just excited to see what was wrong with her.

I try my hardest to keep my account positive vibes only, because this band—every single aspect of it—is worth celebrating.

i completely get this. sometimes it feels like you have to make a big statement about the show's discourse rather than just praise it on its own terms but the best thing to do is to ignore them to the best of your abiliy cause ur work for the community is much more valuable than those people's
