I went with a GE! We have an LG washer that we've been pretty happy with, so LG is ok for some appliances at least.

My Samsung was great until it wasn't, which is what I have now. Before that I thought I was buying the same thing I bought 15 years ago, super basic flattop, unfortunately, the oven had no insulation and it never held temp. I think it was whirlpool and it died probably the day after the warranty.

Not sure where you’re located, but there are still a good number of scratch and dent retailers where we are (DFW). Can usually get a sweet deal if you’re open to some minor cosmetic damages (scratches, dings, etc.)

We love our GE. I always stay away from anything Samsung that doesn't fit in your hand or hang on your living room wall.

We had to wait months for ours because we bought it during covid. Haha. We were cooking on my gas grill all the time because our old one was completely dead.

Oh man! Our delivery isn't that bad, but it's still 2 weeks.

Just our oven broke, the stove top is still working thankfully. I think most of our meals planned for the next two weeks can be air fried, microwaved, or stove top. I didn't even think of using my grill if we needed. Thanks for the tip!
