Good....the whole idea was freaking ridiculous. Philadelphia has one of the best sports complex in the Country. Their football, basketball/hockey and baseball facilities are literally all withing walking distance of each other directly off the biggest super highway on the East Coast.

It's because very little effort has gone into developing the areas around the stadiums--right now it's a giant wasteland of parking lot with little retail outside the stadiums.

Characterizing developers (I'm not one in any way, shape, or form) as "greedy" seems overly harsh to me. They're businesspeople who profit from building and leasing or selling what they've built, to me no different than any store owner who profits from selling goods or services in their store.
