Warriors trade of Robert Parish and the #3 Pick (used to select Kevin McHale) to Boston for the #1 Pick used to select Joe Barry Carroll, who came to be known as "Joe Barely Cares."
Cemented the front court of an NBA Dynasty and also another decade of misery for Warriors fans.
Absolutely bigger. Luka and AD are both amazing players, but if you divided Gretzky’s career in equal thirds, each of those thirds is a top 5 NHL player of all time
That trade was publicly debated and decried in the Canadian parliament. And its impact on pro hockey's popularity and expansion across the southern and western US is substantial.
This is shocking because Luka for AD, Max and only 1 FRP is wild. I'm also gonna miss AD bcoz with him and Max gone the only defensive players are Vando, DFS and Gabe. They need a SOLID Center.
I don’t remember anything like this. Initial thoughts: I’m a fan of Luka but I’m not happy right now. Hurts to lose AD. Max, too. Was excited about where were headed & hoping they were going all in for a final run. That said, curious what next move is and at least they’re not taking half measures🤯💔🤷♂️
I can't believe that AD is gone from the team before Bron. I've always thought they'll ride together till the end of next season, Bron then hangs it up and AD might stay/be traded. Not in a million years I thought AD's gone this season.
Pau is the only one thats close but Luka is a more impactful player and younger than Pau was. But AD is way better than Kwame so it balances a little more there. I think the bigger stunner is Dallas easily could have gotten a better package.

Which Morris twin did the Lakers have before?
Something something dealing with injuries, something something conditioning, something something elite shot creator and elite offensive engine.
That's all I've got.
Kind of like drunk history?
