So, I just had the oddest thing happen. My new neighbor up the way just came down to introduce himself. Fine. But he was stoned & spoke of break-ins around here, that it's OK if I get high, etc. It's dark out. I don't trust people who show up in the dark that I DON'T know. Introduce yourself...
