If someone says hey I'm gonna do illegal things then yes it is the courts job to say don't do that or we're gonna charge you with crimes

Yes, that would have been preferred. They said nothing. Which means the AG is still free to actually charge for the crimes and make their case in court.

You stated they have done all they could do legally speaking, and that is not true.

Knowing how Democrats do things nowadays the liberal justices will recuse themselves because it's about the supreme Court and the case will get dismissed 🙄
