As an anecdote, a few weeks ago David Frum had the audacity to make a joke about Fox News while on "Morning Joe" and was attacked by Mika Brzezinski, and if that wasn't enough, when Frum wrote about the show's obvious capitulation, Joe Scarborough spent a subsequent morning railing against Frum.
