It's GW Mournfang Brown, Two Thin Coats Dark Sun Yellow, AK Ice Yellow, GW Rhinox Hide and then a very small amount of white for the brightest highlights. You have to mix the Dark Sun Yellow with the other colours for some of the transitions.
