I read this one recently, good insights, but I dont think you need this book @antfu.me . You are already following all the tips and suggestions that Nadia highlighted.
One area that could have been expanded more is the feasibility and financial sustainability of open-source projects.
This book doesnβt go into much detail on how to secure sponsorships if you're not very extroverted, and it only briefly touches on maintaining the project. It would have been helpful to see more examples of successful creators, like Evan You.
It surely is! For us as open source maintainers there are many concepts you might already be aware of, but the perspectives from this book are also exciting and inspiring as well.
