In south Italy we had those back in the days of ps2 bootlegs sold by the streets. Often the only thing different was the badly photoshopped cover they come up with, exactly same game inside. A very different situation with Winning Eleven modding scene, that was wild even back then.

That would actually be a killer video, especially if people can dig up some of the more thorough mods that try to change buildings or add whole maps that more closely represent the world around them.
