Is it actually permissible for landlords to advertise and rent unlicensed apartments with multiple violations on Zillow, etc.? I feel terrible knowing some innocent person will rent that hellhole.

Welllll the contractor for my old building was connected to the collapsed building downtown that killed people, was related to that city inspector and so on so notttttt greaaaaat
