Maybe some heretofore awfully meek and quiet administrators will start bleating in terror instead of just quietly wiping out their diversity policies with a shrug and a fresh cup of coffee-? Just a thought.

This NIH funding cap deal feels like the tariffs against Canada. They would rile up every university community from East Lansing to Missoula to Tuscaloosa if they tried to go thru with it. Also likely illegal
