having a community of diverse, driven people that are working toward the same goal as you is LIFE CHANGING! having friends who understand your journey and support your progress is pivotal in maintaining your momentum. i would not be a voice actor today if i never came out of my bubble.
USE SOCIAL MEDIA! DO NOT LET IT USE YOU! it can be a wonderful tool to find opportunities, meet new people, and establish your presence. but if used irresponsibly, it can be 💀 . if you want to take it seriously, i recommend taking a class to help you navigate trends and strategies!
TAKE YOUR BUSINESS SERIOUSLY 💼
people will take you seriously if you take yourself seriously first. have a professional appearance and people will want to work with you. have your branding, demos, paperwork, etc. and people will CONTINUE to work with you. of course, keep up with your CE 📚
people's circumstances are different. sometimes, your progress is slower than you'd like it to be. sometimes, you have to prioritize other things. having resilience is having a true understanding of yourself and your capacity- you are doing wonderfully 💙
