Taiko no Tatsujin Mobile, an i-mode game, had purchasable Gundam DLC! Released in 2009, you could have Gundam-themed outfits and dancers. Some of the songs were exclusive to this game, too! While we have preserved copies of this game, we haven't found this particular DLC yet.
