Anti-DEI policies aren’t just about Black people. We’re a key group being targeted by the policies, but saying “anti-DEI” is code for “anti-Black” fails to address other marginalized groups who’ve been targeted by DEI bans (e.g., disabled folks, which include, but are not limited to Black people).
