I think ARMY especially is perfect for federation. We already exist across platforms (Xitter, tiktok, Weverse, insta, FB), and each platform has its own subculture within our fandom. Federation is the natural conclusion to unify us all, which we currently do in meatspace.

Our global members (when possible) come together at physical events and concerts, local meetups like cupsleeves, and those platform culture divisions vanish (as do divisions of country and culture). Federation seems the natural evolution.
