Yes, Noem lied! 8 of 9 tribes in SD have laws in place leading to her arrest if she sets foot on tribal lands. She falsely accused all tribes in SD of catering to drug cartels in Mexico & signed laws as Gov. directed against native Americans making it difficult for them to vote in SD elections.
