One thing I've been seeing in the past few years is stores offering flu shots "free with most insurance," with an added incentive. I got flu/COVID shots at a grocery store a few days ago, and got a bunch of coupons for 10% off my whole grocery trip.

Most if not all pharmacies can bill your insurance for shots, and I have never seen a flu or covid shot require a copay in any pharmacy.

And CVS is trash, boycott them.

I had to pay for my flu shot 3 years ago because my insurance only covered the shot if I got it from CVS. CVS is the only place I’ve ever gotten sick from a (non-covid) vaccine, but it’s happened every time.

I did pay to get my shot at Costco, and then dropped that insurance for a new one.
