not an elder millenial but surrounded by them and man- they are burnt to hell.
they got their degrees, worked hard, did all the right things despite being kids while the world burned and banks collapsed and they are *exhausted*.
what's the point breaking yourself for a system like that?
I thankfully managed to avoid that by simply not being ambitious enough to care about finishing my degree. 😅 Happy with my job (even if it doesn't pay super well) and not nearly as burnt as my peers.
