He does it to crash the market (a great time to buy cheap stocks), then takes them off to make the market rebound (great time to sell the now profitable cheap stocks). He does it to help his F**king Rich donors make fast money. It’s illegal tampering and fraud. And he gets away with it.🤷‍♀️
