In certain evangelical groups dying in childbirth is considered a blessing. That’s why saving the mother’s life is not that important to them. An ectopic pregnancy, for example, once diagnosed should immediately be treated with an abortion but few bans include language allowing doctors to do so.

No, we can't. Women and girls will die, men will remarry serially in order to get women to mother their late wives children and be homemakers, just like they used to before Roe.
