I am by no means a fan of most of Trump's cabinet picks, but:
*They went through Senate confirmation hearings. Musk has not.
*They are part of a clear legal structure of authority. Must is not.
*The DOGE/OPM hybrid has no legal authority to do employee performance reviews.

And aren't there repurcussions for "so-called" employees plundering our PII? Did they leverage a highly privileged account or circumvent proper procedures, vetting, training, etc.?
